"This coffee is grown in the Guji area of southern Ethiopia’s Sidama (previously Sidamo) province. In fact, this coffee is better known as "Sidamo" instead of Guji even know Yirgacheffee is considered another Sadama coffee (same region). This is a “natural” processed coffee, meaning that the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after removal of the fruit. Our experts selected these premium beans from the east coast of Africa, and we favor this coffee as a medium roast. Grown at 5000 to 6000 feet in altitude, A wet-processed (or washed) Ethiopian coffee best known for its rich, full body, sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and a finish that is bright and soft. These unique and rare beans are brought together and roasted to perfection right here in Texas.
